Mayan Hostel 1 is located on Margaritas street number 17. We are a 3 minute walk from the ADO bus station and 1 block down the street from Las Palapas, which is an amazing food court, and 15 minutes by bus to the beaches here in Cancun.
We have private and shared rooms avaliable, with an amazing breakfast in the morninng.

Very good value. Very nice and helpful staff. It has a little garden and is good to hang out. It is small so you get to know the people. There is space to relax. The place is close to the market 28 but a bit far away from the sea, ado ect. But buses (80 cents) and taxis (2 $ within downtown) pass nearby and often. It is quiet at night.
We really enjoyed it there and stayed four nights instead of the planned one night.
