Everything was good staff were great very helpful and could speak English well.
A minor drawback was the air conditioner which was also controlled from the front desk and at times was turned off at night also the internet which was good speed but kept dropping out as i said just minor.

Clean, conveniently located, thick duvets and comfy beds. Would definitely recommended this hostel. While we were there we were trying to organise travel and places to stay during Tet which is extremely difficult and really appreciated the use of the free (and fast) internet as well as the assistance of staff who phoned guest houses for us (as we cannot speak Vietnamese) and managed to find us transport and places to stay all along the coast. They had to make multiple phone calls as everywhere was full but never made a fuss and seemed very happy to help in any way they could.

This budget hostel is good for value. Room is clean with bathroom and toilet inside. Top roof floor is a good place for chating.
Friendly staff providing good service and travel advice. Out of my expectation is that they have their own website which help travellers for booking tours. It save our time in searching around. Although the location is a bit far from the lake, all interesting area can be reached by walking distance.
