This is a Trusted Review. Why?

I just stayed for one night at the Amstel Botel but would have stayed a bit longer if I could. The persons at reception were more than willing to assist me with my questions etc and especially when the heating was not working in my room. I found sleeping on the water to be relaxing. The rooms are pretty simple, but that was never an issue for me. Some persons may not like that they dont just walk from their hotel unto the street...there is a ferry from central station to the Botel...but that didnt bother me. There is also a hotel shuttle when the ferry has stopped for the evening etc. All in all I would return...my only issue, it seems everyone on my floor was smoking marijuana in their room...not good for you if you dont...but hey I was in Amsterdam. I think the price could be a bit lower though.
