Location is really great, very central, in the hart of Chueca. Close to metrostations Chueca, granvia and tribunal. Hotel is on the fourth floor, so you have to climb a lot of stairs. They are going to make an elevator but i guess that is going to take a while.

Location is really great, very central, in the hart of Chueca. Close to metrostations Chueca, granvia and tribunal. Hotel is on the fourth floor, so you have to climb a lot of stairs. They are going to make an elevator but i guess that is going to take a while.
Hotel is fairly quiet, We had the room closest to the entrance, so you hear the door slam and people in the stairways. But that wasnt to bad.
The matras was awfull, to hard, so that kept us from sleeping/resting.
Room is cleaned daily. Towels changed every 2-3 days. We had our private bathroom, which was ok. properly functioning and clean.
Reception is good, people are kind. We arrived late around 00:30 and they waited for us. But you have to call them, and i speak spanish so i dont know what their English is like.
overall, price/quality was good. If they ever change the matrasses i would defenitly go back again.
