We found that the service in the hotel is really excellent. All the staff are absolutely friendly and pleasant. they were often kidding with our Son and we all had often fun together. Everything in this hotel we felt like our home. The breakfastt was excellent with Vietnamese delicous food .

The Old Street Hostel is a great place to base yourself as you can explore the delights of our fine city, as many attractions, are only a short walk away from our hostel. We are sure that we have many rooms to suit your budget and needs.
The Hostel is just 3 minutes walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and Water Puppet Shows, in the front of many Vietnamese and Western Restaurants, besides the ANZ Bank and shopping streets ....
Old Street hostel was designed and built with high architectural standards. It is among the Hanoi Old Quarter's top ten hostels, and has an excellent view of Hanoi.
The 15 rooms have Wifi, Morden air-conditioned and equipped with wood furnitures and wooden floors in classical style, IDD telephones, satellite TV, mini-bar, bathroom with bath-tub and hot water& hair dryers, Wifi in the room and lobby and 6 special rooms with City Views and ADSL Internet in the room ...
We like to think our hotel is friendly and has a family atmosphere. It is quiet, comfortable and very clean.
All rooms include Vietnamese breakfast and/or Western breakfast and ADSL internet access is free 24h for guests staying in the hostel.

RSSOverall pretty good. Room clean apart from a few patches of mould on the ceiling but nothing to worry about. Staff very friendly and helpful - one was a little pushy about arranging my onward travel, but backed off once I explained why certain options he proposed didn't suit. Breakfast is the usual eggs & 'french' bread with banana and watermelon to the side. Not amazing but absolutely fine besides there's plenty of other options very close by.
Don't know if this is one of the infamous clone hotels with an appropriated name, as the glass entry doors and bedspreads still call it "Queens" something... No matter, it was fine.
My only gripe was the airport pickup seemed steep as there were 4 people in the car

Everything in this hotel we felt like our home. The breakfastt was excellent with Vietnamese delicous food . The rooms are very comfortable, a large bed for sleeping, the aircon work well. The bathroom is very comfortable and really nice. We would like to say that this is a luxury mini hotel in Hanoi because we already stayed in another hotel before we moved to Old Street hotel. Strongly recomemd this hotel for all travellers come to Hanoi.
