We have two townhouses within the same family occupied cul-de-sac which are spread across three floors and are beautifully kept. Modern decor makes for a relaxing homely environment making these properties perfect for city breaks and business trips to our vibrant city. Comfortably sleeping in excess of 10 guests, you can bring business associates, family or friends for whatever reason takes your fancy. Each house has ample sleeping space, one house offering 3 bedrooms and the other 4. There are also large, comfortable sofa beds in the spacious living areas for which spare bedding is provided. Our kitchens come fully fitted and equipped with all of the latest mod cons and white goods, as well as all plates, pots, pans and cutlery so that you can live as you please, cooking meals within the comfort of your own accommodation. The gardens have ample seating for maximum occupancy and barbecues can be found in both of these houses for those summer cook-outs.

Cancellation between 14 and 4 days notice = a charge of 75% of total booking
Cancellation between 3 and 0 days notice = a charge of 100% of total booking
A reservation made 2 days prior to arrival will be considered final non-refundable
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, change to travel plans or travel delays
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
