My friend and I had a brilliant time here. The apartment is clean and simple, exactly what it said it would be and had a little cooker as well as microwave, though this didn’t get any use while we were there. There are four/five apartments on the corridor of the building, and the walls are pretty thin, so it's not a place for staying up chatting til late, or you won’t be very popular! However, there are so many nice places around, you probably won't want to miss out on them anyway.

We offer five apartments for 2, 3, and 4 people located in the "trendy area" of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartments have a living- and sleeping room , a completely furnished mini guest kitchen as well as a bath room with shower and toilet.
Equipment:
Bed linen, towels, TV, radio alarm clock.
Mini-kitchen: microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and dishes.
Description for apartment 1: small, 11 square metre, shower inside, own toilet is separate.
Location: very tranquil, first (ground) floor
Our flat is centrally located and well connected to visit and discover the eastern part of the city (City East) and specifically the "trendy areas" Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Mitte.
Distances with public transport and by walking to:
City East ca. 20 min.
Kollwitzplatz ca. 10 min.
Kulturbrauerei ca. 10 min.
TRAM M10 ca. 5 min.
Central railway station ca. 30 min.
Tegel Airport TXL ca. 45 min.
Schoenefeld Airport SFX ca. 75 min.
ZOB - CENTRAL BUS STATION ca. 40 min.

My friend and I had a brilliant time here. The apartment is clean and simple, exactly what it said it would be and had a little cooker as well as microwave, though this didn’t get any use while we were there. There are four/five apartments on the corridor of the building, and the walls are pretty thin, so it's not a place for staying up chatting til late, or you won’t be very popular! However, there are so many nice places around, you probably won't want to miss out on them anyway.
The apartment's on the lower ground floor of the building, with a few steps leading down to it, but there is access for prams by way of a fold-down ramp – but this isn’t suitable for wheelchair access I don't think – much too steep)
The location is great - easy to find, close to 3 S Bahn stations, and close to lots of great places to eat and drink and plenty of nice looking shops. There’s a nice little café next door doing good coffee and snacks and a pub on the corner that does great beer and tapas, so that gets you off to a good start!
The neighbourhood is very friendly and feels really safe too, no problem getting around at night – and the S-Bahn runs til 12 or 1am on Sunday and weekdays and all night on Fridays and Saturdays. One night we got a taxi from Ostbahnhof and it was only 12 euros back home – not bad we thought.
Karin met us at the apartment, showed us around and then left us to it – we could have contacted her with any problems, but we didn’t have to. Very friendly; no hidden costs. Great value.
