My only real criticisms (and they're minor ones) are (1) cleanliness could have been better in the kitchen and bathroom areas (2) my room was small and very basic (but adequate) (3) the only window opened to reveal a concrete wall just a few inches away (4) the walls don't do much to prevent the transmission of noise between the rooms.
Internet was available in my room by cable connection and there was also air conditioning in my room. TV was available in a small common room and fridge, washing machine and microwave and very basic kitchen facilities were also communal. Since there are only a handful of rooms at Namba Weekly these facilities are probably enough to cope with demand. There was no staff person on-site but that wasn't really a problem as the manager can be contacted directly by mobile phone and he is an extremely helpful and friendly man. I very much doubt that any budget-concious traveller would find a better deal than Namba Weekly anywhere in Osaka.
