Really nice hotel,clean, cheap and great value,friendly reception.
only negatives would be that you have to connect to the internet via cable to use in your room. to use wi fi you have to go elsewhere in the hotel,

stayed for 13 niights then returned for 10 nights it will take some beating for value for money.
i have stayed in many hotels including some that are 5 star rated,the siam view is a 3 star
hotel but the staff give a 5 star service nothing seemed to be to much trouble.
room was cleaned everyday so was the roof top pool which had plenty of room for
sunbathing or shaded area and there allways seemed to be beds available,the only problem was no bar you had to go down to reception if you wanted a cold drink or 7/11 just around
the corner.the big c shopping centre is only a 10 minute walk or 30 baht taxi ride away.

Siam View is only a short distance to many main attractions. For example: the Tiffany show is just a 10 minute walk, only 10 minutes to Pattaya beach, and 15 minutes will get you to Mini-Siam, etc. Moreover, we have a swimming pool on the top floor where you can enjoy both sunbathing and the Pattaya scenery as well.

Siam View has 3 room types. First, "Standard room" for holiday makers, second, "Deluxe room". The last one is "Suit room"
Siam View is only a short distance to many main attractions. For example: the Tiffany show is just a 10 minute walk, only 10 minutes to Pattaya beach, and 15 minutes will get you to Mini-Siam, etc. Moreover, we have a swimming pool on the top floor where you can enjoy both sunbathing and the Pattaya scenery as well.

From Airport:
By bus/coach
- From Suwannabhum airport, there are a few coaches to North Pattaya (around 200-400 Bath/person) at the ground floor. When you arrive North Pattaya, you can take all type of public transports and tell driver/rider “Siam View residence” Soi. AR, near -5 degree bar.
By car
- From Pattaya centre, go straight until you see “Soi.Pattaya centre 12” on right hand (It has 7-11 in the conner) then turn right to this Soi.(Pattaya centre 12). After that, go straight approximately 500 M. You will see Siam View residence on the right side.
- From North Pattaya, go straight until you see street sign showing the way to Big-C supermarket, then turn left to this street(Pachthakune road) and go straight around 800 M until you get a crossroad. After that, turn left, follow the lane. (you will pass 7-11 and Family mart respectively.) Siam View residence is on the left side.
