About Berlin Stay 2

2-room apartment on the ground floor. It has a living/sleeping room, a bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom,radio,TV. The floors are made of laminet.

These apartment has 1 double sofa bed , 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed.

Close to the S-Bahn (surburban railroad) kollnischeheide is 5-7 minutes walking distance, Bus stop 3 minutes walk, and and metro-station 5 minutes by bus.close to the museum of natural science, gallery for modern art , the former Berlin wall. Internet caf', theatre and all the shoping facilities . Berlin main station, alexandra platz ar easy acces with in 15 minutes by s bhan.

Check in time: From 14.00 pm

Check out time : Before 11 .00am

Arrivals after 22.00pm and public holidays all time must pay extra 20 euros

Conditions

This is a 2 room apartment with basic cooking facilities. It is affordable price for frequent flyers and family holidays.
We don't charge for cleaning but you have to leave the apartment in the same condition otherwise you have to pay the cleaning fee 30 euros either credit card or cash.Arrivals after 22pm must pay 20 euros.
for credit card payment there is a handling fee 2.5%
