This is really a place for backpackers and not more. So you cant expect much. You can have only a room and almost no facilities and services. I think i was lucky that i went there in May which was not busy. But the good thing about this place was the staff and receptionists that were young, my age and I found them quite polite and helpful. There was also one pc with internet that was free for half an hour. and I think it was good.
