This is a deluxe apartment near the popular Fountain Park Leisure Complex with excellent restaurants, bars and multiplex cinema.

This apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.

In the bedroom: there is a double bed and two bunk beds for up to 4 people.

In the loung: there is a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed for up to 3 people.

Deluxe bed linen and towels are provided.

Important Information

Conditions

Balance payable within 10 days of booking. Soon after you have made your booking, you will receive an online invoice for the balance which you can pay by credit/debit card to confirm the reservation. If the balance is not paid within 10 days, then the booking will be cancelled with no refund of deposit.

£10 returnable key deposit to be paid for each set of keys.

We required that one piece of ID is left with us for security until your departure.

This is a non-smoking property.

Because we manage several apartments, it is very important that you phone us 30 minutes prior to arrival so that we can make sure to be at the apartment to check you in.

Please note that we carry out maintenance and service work on Sunday between 1pm and 4pm, for guests staying Saturday night or Sunday night, you will need to be out of the apartment during this time.
