This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Convenient for everything. A really nice host in Anne who was friendly and knowledgeable. Pillows too flat for comfort so maybe ask for two.
A nice lounge area in the private rooms with everything you need and Anne supplies milk coffee bread etc which is great if you just get off a long ferry journey.
Although it was not an issue for us an older European couple were a bit shell shocked to find they had no facility for credit cards. It was 11pm after travelling after all. We felt really sorry for them but that was resolved by the receptionist keeping the card in the safe till next day.
Also worth noting; Anne made it her mission to find the legit owner of a camera which had been left at reception. It had belonged to the couple aforementioned. Sh takes an e mail for this very eventuality which is good.
We stayed another night so must have been comfortable!
