Hotel is good value for money. Simple, but clean. Breakfast had all tje necessities without overluxury. Checking in gast and friendly, everything as ordered. Hotel is good startingpoint exploring berlin. Get the all day pass for 6.10eur and s-bahn and u-bahn is yours. S-bahnhof (savignyplatz) is only as short walk away. Dozens of restaurants within 5 min. Walk. 10 min.
