As you know, Haeundae has an extremely beautiful and a very wide beach.
Chan Guest house is located in middle of haeundae traditional market. So you can enjoy many different foods and traditional things.
You can see the beautiful ocean at the wide sandy beach and take a walk along the beach side.
You can get a bus or train easily because there are many bus stops and is subway station where vehicles are available when you start to travel Busan. It takes 3 min to the station or bus stops.
Keep in mind that it's very crowded during the Busan International Film Festival, so please book early. The festival is held with Haeundae beach as the center.

We felt welcome, Mr Chan was really kind, we slept comfortably(it was a bit hot, but its summer), the bathroom is small but efficient, overall we liked the place
