- 90 % of the total booking if it occurs from the time of confirmation until 7 days before arrival.
-100% of the total booking if it occurs less than 7 days before arrival.

Recepcion works from 8 am to 12 am (midnight)
Check-in: from 14 P.M. till Midnight
Check-out: till 11A.M.
In case of leaving the room after this hour an extra night will be charged
Free WIFI offered to the customers

The cleaning service is not included in the price of the room.
At the day of arrival, our clients have at their disposal one change of the towels and the linen.
If they desire to change them during their stay, there is an additional cost:
towel: 1 Euro
linen: 2 Euros

Room service won´t be provided every day. It´s en extra cost of 3 euros (towels and linen included).
In case of more than one week of stay, there will be cleaning service once a week.

In case of loss of the key room a fee of 15 Euros will be charged to the costumer

In our establismhment you can find vending machines of cafee, water and alcohol-free drinks.

In our reception we can provide a safebox for our guests.

In case of any damage caused by a customer to the establishment's furnitures, he will have to pay the forfeit or it will be charged to his credit card
