Important Information

The hostel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. The price of the first night will be charged prior to an arrival.
In case of total cancellation before 24 hours (local hour) we charge 10% of the first night´s payment. Any booking cancelled later than that will receive no refund.
There will be an extra deposit of 15 € for the room keys which will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
Onsite credit card charges are subject to a 2% surcharge.

Special conditions Semana Santa (29/3-5/4) and Feria (21-26/4):
We will proceed to charge on your credit card 100% of the total amount of the booking. Any cancellation made 7 days before the arrival will get 90% of the refund. After that there is no possibility of refund.

The check-in of Pensión Generalife takes place in Pensión Lisdos which is located just a few meters away (C/Olavide nº 5).
The reception is open from 8:00 to 00:00 (midnight)
Check-in: from 14:00 to 00:00
Check-out: until 11:00
*In case of leaving the room after this hour an extra night will be charged.

The cleaning service is not included in the price of the room.
At arrival our clients have at their disposal clean towels and the linen.
If they desire to change them during their stay, there is an additional cost:
Change of linen: 2 €
Change of towels: 1 €
Additional cleaning service is 3 € (towels and linen included).
In case of more than one week of stay, we provide free cleaning service once a week.
Air conditioning: 3 € per night (and a deposit of 20 €).

In our establishment you can find vending machines of coffee, water and alcohol-free drinks.
In our reception we can provide a safe box for our guests.

There will be an extra deposit of 15 € for the room keys which will be returned to you on the day of your departure.
In case the room keys get lost a fee of 15 € will be charged to the costumer.
In case of any damage caused by a customer to the establishment's belongings, he will have to pay the forfeit or it will be charged to his credit card.

Located in a recently restored from the year 1888, the Pensión Generalife is a history-filled building. It's excellent location will permit you to make your way around the city's historic part on foot, allowing you to enjoy the prettiest and most interesting corners of the city.

Our location: We are on a pedestrian street close to 'La Campana' (where the official route of Semana Santa's (Holy Week) parade starts). You will enjoy the comforts of a centric zone and the quietness of a street without traffic.

Easy access to the main city tourist points and to the main commercial centers. Availability of buses, 24 hour taxi service, public telephones, post office, etc.
