Our cleanliness record speaks for itself – just look at our reviews and ratings.

Our staff are friendly and know Berlin intimately. We sit down with all our guests at arrival and tell them the best places to visit, eat and shop in the city. We even give you free maps. All my staff are fun, with interests ranging from sixteenth-century painting to the heaviest Techno beats. They've also handled every crisis imaginable through the years – from keys locked in luggage to emergency dental work!

We never rip our guests off. That means no hidden charges, and free WiFi, free computers with internet, free lockers, and coffee and beer for just one Euro.

I've talked about what we are, but I should also say what we are not. We are not a party hostel. Many of our guests go out and experience the Berlin night life. We do offer a common room for socialising but our motto is 'party outside sleep well inside'.
