The bed and breakfast located at the back of Central Station at the Ijplein. This family run Bed and Breakfast is cheap, safe and clean near the central station Amsterdam, redlight district, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, museums.Rooms are spacious with wide windows giving access to a great view of the water front. Rooms are cleaned daily. On request, we provide coffee making facilities and wireless internet connection. If you come with car there are streets where you can park your car for free. 5% tourist tax will be added to total pricePayment is by Cash only, on arrival.Please include your arrival time and telephone number (Please try as much as possible to give us your mobile phone number. Inform us of your arrival time)Please note: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy!

We run the bed and breakfast from our personal home so we need to have quiet tourists. -We do not allow smoking in the rooms or the use of drugs of any kind. - Please show respect for our neighbours by ensuring that you ring the correct door bell number on arrivalImportant Information you must know:CHECK IN FROM 15 PM ONLY.WE DON'T HAVE A RECEPTION AREA.Make sure you respect the arrival time information you previously provided. In that way we will be able to have a person at that time for open the flat and to make sure your accommodation is already available and ready for your use.YOU NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL TIME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATEIt is mandatory that you let us know your exact check in time. Any change in your plans don't hesitate to write an e-mail or call us at least 2 days before. The staff will wait for you just 1 1/2 HOURS over your arrival time confirmed. If you are delay, please don't try to arrive to the property directly. Call us when you have arrived to Amsterdam. We can be there in a few minutes to open the flat for you. CHECK OUT The Check out is before 10 am, no exceptions.48 HRS CANCELLATION POLICYPlease note that cancellations must be done by e-mail 48 Hrs. prior to arrival date. Otherwise we are forced to charge the first night accommodation. NO SHOW POLICYThere is a first night accommodation cost no-show fee. All bookings must be cancelled by e-mail 48 hours before the arrival day, to avoid a no-show charge. This payment will be charged to your credit card.
