Budget Accommodation Europe Germany Berlin Hostels Lettem Sleep 7
Rooms were nice as were the showers/toilets which seemed to be cleaned every day. There were facilities for cooking and fridge/freezer storage, 2 computers with free internet access in the common room. Staff kept out the way but were friendly when approached.
Prenzlaurberg is a modern multi-cultural area of Berlin featuring many bio supermarkets, vegan/vegetarian/international restaurants, small lounges, clubs, theatre spaces, several parks, boutiques, galleries, and a large amount of important historical sites from East Germany all within walking distance from us at Helmholtzplatz! Our hostel sits between three public transport stations as well as has easy access to tram and bus services, so go out to explore our city's vibrant sites and nightlife then return to sleep in a nice quiet cosy atmosphere where you will always feel welcome. Instead of being a wild party-place we are the perfect choice to have a relaxed stay for single travellers and couples on a budget looking for comfortable beds in clean dormitories and private rooms.
We offer:
free internet and wifi
*a fully functional kitchen for cooking
*DVDs to watch
*bike rentals

This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Rooms were nice as were the showers/toilets which seemed to be cleaned every day. There were facilities for cooking and fridge/freezer storage, 2 computers with free internet access in the common room. Staff kept out the way but were friendly when approached. Across the road from the hostel is a playpark/ 5 a side football pitch/basketball court which is good and there are loads of bars with happy hours between 6 and 11 pm. Really near the S-Bahn as well which makes travelling the whole city easier. Only problem we had was with finding somewhere to cash travellers cheques- we eventually found a place about a 25 minute walk away. But all in all no complaints about the hostel!
