Pfefferbett Hostel - Experience the Real Berlin!

Part of the Pfefferberg industrial monument. The former brewery, which was built in the mid-nineteenth century, is now a one-of-a-kind cultural center. Here you can explore galleries, artist's studios, clubs and restaurants. Right on our doorstep!

Located in Berlin\'s \'in\' district, Prenzlauer Berg, in central Berlin. Apart from its many shops, cafés and galleries, Prenzlauer Berg has an unequalled nightlife to be experienced in its countless bars and clubs.

Major sights are within walking distance: Hackesche Hoefe is 15 minutes away, and the Museum Island & Alexanderplatz are a 20-minute walk.

Impressive architecture. Our Hostel combines nineteenth-century industrial architecture on the outside with stylish design on the inside. The lobby has brick-vaulted ceilings, organic forms, a huge light installation and an open fireplace.

Our dorms have impressive brick-vaulted ceilings, and each bed has its own locker, reading light and power socket.

Our double and single rooms feature exclusively designed furniture plus TV and Internet access.

Our hostel is a non-profit organization which promotes integration and provides jobs for disabled people.

A different cancellation policy applies during the Berlin Marathon (23-24 Sept. 2011), the German unification holidays (30 Sept.-2 Oct. 2011), Reformation Day/All Saints' Day (28-29 Oct. 2011), New Year's Eve (29-31 Dec. 2011), Easter (6-8 April 2012), Ascension Day (17-19 May 2012), Pentecost (25-27 May 2012), the Feast of Corpus Christi (7-9 June 2012), the German unification holidays (2-4 Oct. 2012), Reformation Day/All Saints' Day (30 Oct.-1 Nov. 2012) and New Year's Eve (28-31, 2012.). During these periods, cost-free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival time. After that, the following cancellation charges apply: from the 13th day before arrival, 50% of the overnight accommodation rate; from the 7th day before arrival, 80% of the overnight accommodation rate; from the 1st day before arrival, 100% of the overnight accommodation rate.
