Well, arranged the accomodation 3 months earlier our stay but when we arrived in the discussed time (during the night) we were completely forgotten and nearly were left on the street for the night. Our booking was also hardly found with no receptionist being there to talk to face to face.

Well, arranged the accomodation 3 months earlier our stay but when we arrived in the discussed time (during the night) we were completely forgotten and nearly were left on the street for the night. Our booking was also hardly found with no receptionist being there to talk to face to face. Were moved to another hotel belonging to the same group where the receptionist helped us the next morning to find a room where we could stay (we were lucky that we got a room with two single beds after all - despite we booked a double room).
Positives: kitchen in room, great location, clean room though stove was not working.

The Hotel is newly renovated so the entire place is almost new. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The Hotel is located a bit away from the city center but is reachable by U-Bahn/Metro. I would surely recommend this Hotel.
Overall very good experience from several stays. Great location, close on foot to the main train station, nice quiet neighborhood, the U-Bahn station is almost across the street, a lot of nice inexpensive places to eat in the nearest vicinity. Room sizes vary from very small but cozy and comfortable to moderate. The reception is closed at night, but there is a convenient service for key retrieval if you check in late. Staff is extremely friendly.
Will definitely stay again.

IT was a nice stay.
Excellent stay in this budget hotel. Rooms were clean and overall hotel was quiet. Location is 15 mins from major attractions and is easily assessible by foot. Would stay again.
