About Hostel Am Rheinauhafen

Hostel Am Rheinauhafen, Cologne, is situated in the city center, directly at the river Rhine. Several rooms have a direct Rhine view. All sights of Cologne can be visited within a foot walk. To the main station and Cathedral - 10 minutes of walk, to the Heumarkt or Chokolate museum- 3 minutes of walk, to the river Rhine - 40 meters.

Every hostel room has a sink and a wardrobe, dorms have lockers, the whole hostel and the bar lounge is a non-smoking area. During German Soccer Federal Liga games you have the chance to experience the atmosphere of a traditional German soccer fan club in our bar.

- One 4-bed-dorm with, common bath for 22/24 euros for bed and night;

- two 4-bed-private rooms with shared bath for 22/24 Euros for bed and night;

- two 3-bed-private rooms with shared bath for 26/30 euros for bed and night;

- Four double private rooms with shared bath for 30/35 euros for bed and night;

- Two single rooms with shared bath for 39/49 euros for room and night;

- A 4-bed-private ensuite with kitchen, bath, TV for 30 Euros for bed and night

We have towels hire with the fee of 1.50 euros per towel.

A lock for the lockers makes a fee of 1.00 euro

Brakfast all you can eat is 5 euro (option). The brakfast includes: coffee or tee, jam 4 kinds, cheese, butter, juice, cereals 2 kinds, milk, fresh baked rolls from our oven

Half-board is for groups on request possible

Important:

If a hostel guest violates the house order through disturbing other guests, noise at the night time,

excessive alcohol consumption or the like he/she will be urged to leave the hostel immediately without re-funding for the already paid nights.

We take a key deposit of 20 euros (for the room key) and give it back to you on your departure.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in from 2.00 p.m. of the arrival day
Check-out: until 11.00 a.m. of the departure day
If you are going to check-in or check-out between 1.00 a.m. and 08.00 a.m.please inform the reception in advance to check the possibility to check-in or check out at this time.
Otherwise we can not guarantee your check-in or check-out.

What is there else:
The part of the hostel ist the GreenBar which is open in the evening to everybody.
Here you can have breakfast, watch TV or listen to the music and meet friends. Our reception is also there.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation policy is 72 hours: If a hostel guest cancells his room later than 72 hours before arrival he will be charged with one night price. If a guest has already checked-in and wants to check-out earlier, the payment for the non-used staying will be given back only if the hostel finds an other guest who is ready to take the same room for the same days.
IMPORTANT: we offer no accomodation for groups who arrive to celebrate a stag party. If after the check-in we find out the the arrived groups has arrived for a stag party the reservation will be cancelled and the prepayment not refunded
