Lovely small family run hotel.The railway station is only 10 minutes away.

This friendly family hotel is run by the owners - Simone and Flavia!

4 years ago we decided to convert the family home, built by Simone's great-grandfather into a B & B, since then the business has expanded and we now have 10 guest rooms.

We also like to maintain our reputation for hospitality by continuing to live in a wing of the hotel.

The large, quiet bedrooms with vaulted ceilings have Liberty style family antique furniture. We have even named some of our rooms after Simone's grandmothers, whose bedsteads are used as part of the furnishings.

All the rooms have en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and heating.

We serve delicious, fragrant rolls, tarts and homemade jams for breakfast which can be eaten outdoors (from March to October) in our delightful courtyard and during the winter in our breakfast room.

The Archaeological Area, the 'Paolo Orsi' Museum and the 'Madonna delle Lacrime' Basilica are within walking distance.

Parking

Two parking places are reserved for guests outside our main entrance.

There are plenty of parking places in nearby streets. A public car park is 150m away.

Internet

Guests have free access to the Internet.

The hotel is situated en route to the old part of town Ortigia, only a 3 minute walk away.

The bus stop to local seaside resorts and nearby towns (Noto etc.) is 50mts along the road.

The railway station is only 10 minutes away.
