When coming from the airport, you will reach the Toyota traffic light signals where you must go straight ahead to Almajnoon traffic lights. Here you must turn left and then go straight till the next set of traffic lights. After, you need to take the second right you will see the hotel on your left hand side.

For the price you pay, it's not bad, even though it's a way from the city.
The room given was adequate, with a sitting area, king sized bed in the room, a kitchenette (although you'll have to bring your own stuff), a microwave, etc. Comfortable enough for me doing my work in there for more than a few hours a day.
There is a laundry and a mini market nearby, so that makes it handy. If you need a cab, the staff will get one for you easily enough.
As a lone traveller, I'm quite happy with it except for the distance to town.
