The first two nights we stayed at this hotel, we were given a room which had curtains stained with blood, a stained carpet and cushions stained with something which could not be identified. I asked for a change of room for the second night and was told by the receptionist in the morning that they would clean the room and change the curtains. It was not very well cleaned because when we got back in the evening, an effort had been made to remove the stain on the carpet, but it was still there.

The new COLOUR HOTEL is located in the heart of the city centre, near the main train station. The international exhibition centre is minutes away and Frankfurt International Airport can be reached in just 15 minutes. I asked for a change of room for the second night and was told by the receptionist in the morning that they would clean the room and change the curtains. It was not very well cleaned because when we got back in the evening, an effort had been made to remove the stain on the carpet, but it was still there. The curtains had not been changed as promised. An effort had been made to clean them, but they were still stained and the cushions had not been removed. So all in all, very little had been done to solve the problem and we were left with the same room in conditions which were not much better than the night we arrived.
On the third night that we stayed at the hotel, we were given a different room which was certainly better than the first one.
I think this hotel needs to pay more attention to cleanliness in the rooms, which is the main thing that guests expect to find.
