This place is a dump. Worse than a hostel or a YMCA. As soon as we saw the room we turned right around and split. Obviously we couldn't cancel the room without penalty, but the room was so awful that it was worth it to pay off the balance and get out of there. We ended up at the Hotel Continental across the street which had basic (not fancy, but comfortable) rooms for the same price.

the receptionists are mostly very friendly and helpful, I appreaciated that. location was really good, 2mins found the hotel when reached frankfurt main station, very convenient location

We had a very nice stay at your hotel. The young girl at the desk was especially helpful several time when we needed directions. The only situation that would stop us from returning is that there is no place to park our car. We had to use for two days the auto park near the hotel at a cost of over 33 euros. Add that to the hotel bill, we would look for a place that has parking of some sort. Your morning breakfast was very good. Thank you.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and we were pleased with the stay. The internet was free and there was a TV with different channels in our room. The breakfast was also varied and good, something for each and everyone with plenty of time to eat. If I go to Frankfurt again I won't hesitate to stay there again.
