the guest house may be located very near to the palace and riverfront, but my, i canceled my stay the time i stepped in my room. i booked a double bed to be able to sleep on a bigger bed with aircon. at the time i booked it, there were no available single beds. upon seeing that i was alone, they sent me to the uppermost floor. the room was for a single person, with electric fan. the bathroom wasnt clean, the towels were dirty black, the sheets were not changed. and the lock didnt function at all!
i went downstairs and asked if they made a mistake coz i booked a double room. the guy told me, i should read well before booking. too rude!

I couldn't fault the cleanliness of this establishment, especially where the bathrooms are concerned however, arriving after a long trip from Ho Chi Minh City I found one of the hotel staff who also works as a tuk tuk driver to be rather over zealous to sell his services when all we wanted to do was take a shower, relax and have a beer.
All in all I would consider this guest house a good place to stay, however, my only other complaint is that the food and drink that this guest house sells is a tad on the expensive side and I would certainly recommend eating and drinking elsewhere.
Breakfast is not included although it said so in the details. The breakfast sold there is relatively expensive when compared meals you can find in Phnom Penh. There is no basin in the ensuite room, which is not very convenient.
