I wouldn't stay here again. The owner double booked my room and then gave me another smaller room for a reduced price 800 rupees. I found another place to stay after one night. it is in a good location but there are plenty of other better options available. look around when you get there. Fort Cochin is a great place to visit.

Taj Mahal Homestay is located in Fort Cochin, near the historic Santa Cruz Basilica, which is around 500 yrs old.

The Kerala Kathakali Center (Cultural Theater)is just behind our property. Our nearby attractions are The Dutch Cemetery, Fort Cochin Beach, Chinese Fishing Net, Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, etc. Our other services are laundry, taxi, train and air tickets.

We arrange package tours like Elephant Camp, Munnar Hill Station trip, backwater day cruise and Houseboat, Ayurvedic Massage and Yoga. We even have a restaurant running along with a cooking class (Indian authentic dishes).
