Located in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Belo Horizonte, Santa Tereza in BH, as Santa Tereza in Rio, is a place of great 'botecos' (traditional bars, most informal and low-budget) and bohemian atmosphere.
The house is only 3-5 minutes walk from all kind of traditional commerce and there're direct buses to Savassi and Mercado Central, also there's a subway station nearby.
