Please provide a passport or valid ID card with photo to check in as you may be refused entry and no refund

A key deposit of £30.00 is required on check -in and would be refunded on departure.

Check out time is 10.30 am.

You can check in anytime after 12.00 but if you arrive before that time you can leave your luggage in reception for storage until your room is ready.

If you arrive after 21.00 the Night Security Guard will give you the access keys in exchange for your passport or valid photo ID and you are kindly requested to come back to reception the following morning to check in and complete our simple registration.

Our Directions are:

Nearest tube DLR WESTFERRY - 3 min walk. Come down stairs from DLR station, turn left, cross West India Dock Road toward the row of shops. On the left is Birchfield Street, walk down this street to the end about 150 metres. Turn right on to East India Dock Road and the Hostel is just 35 metres by the bus stop on the right.
