Terrible Hotel
We conducted a Reservoir through your site, the hotel Budapester Hof in Hamburg for two people suitroom 49€ and the arrival make payment of the room, gave us the keys to the room and told us where was the room. The room was a room with about three bunk debs and two beds, no furniture and bathroom. The rugs, in pieces, were not vacuumed and were full of stains. The walls with exposed brick, and damp patches with spiders. The views from the window were the inner courtyard where the garbage acomular had thrown through the windows that were left over. We went out to ask for change of room and we were told was not possible and he was sorry, we do not returned the money, so we had to spend the night there.
I am respiratory disease and had to use my medication to sleep in those conditions.

Terrible Hotel
Llegamos con una reseva realizada a traves de vuestra web, al hotel Budapester Hof de hamburgo para 2 personas suitroom 49 euros y a la llegada realizamos el pago de la habitacion, nos dieron las llaves de la habitacion y nos indicaron donde quedaba la habitacion. La habitacion era una habitacion con unas tres literas y dos camas, sin mobiliario y con lavabo. Las alfombras, a trozos, no estaban aspiradas y estaban llenas de manchas. Las paredes con ladrillo a la vista, manchas de humedad y con arañas. Las vistas de la ventana eran a un patio interior donde se acomulaba la basura que se habia tirado por las ventanas que quedaban por encima. Salimos a pedir cambio de habitacion y nos dijeron que no era posible y que lo sentian mucho, no nos devolvian el dinero, asi que tuvimos que pasar la noche alli.
Yo soy emfermo respiratorio y hube de hacer uso de mi medicacion para poder dormir en esas condiciones.

Good points: very well located, staff helpful and friendly.

Bad points: only cleaned the room once in a week! What they call "bungalows" are spartan, ugly, dark and humid. Avoid them!

there was five of us who stayed and and we all had a good time the rooms were clean the staff were friendly, if there was anything that wasn,t great we all mentioned that the central heating was noisy in the morning and when we first arrived the outside of the building had spray paint on the walls , we all agreed that we would stay there again
