About Stern Hotel

The Hotel Stern lies in a quiet area just outside of Leipzig's city centre. The hotel was completely renovated in 2002 and now offers the utmost in comfort.

All of our rooms are equipped with shower, WC, safety box, radio and TV. Wirless Internet is free for all of our guests.

A Internet Terminal is also available for a small fee.

BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED in room rate, but breakfast buffet available every morning for only 5 EUR per Person.

There is plenty of room for parking your car in our secure car park.

Reception Times: 6 a.m. till 11 p.m.

Cancellation policy: until 24h before arrival free of charge

Attention: At Book Fair in 11.-15.03.2009 and GC in 31.07.-02.08.2009 free of charge cancellation only until 2 weeks before arrival.

parking place directly at hotel.

from central station Leipzig: approx. 12 EUR
from Airport Leipzig/Halle: approx. 23 EUR

By Public Transport / Train:
From central station with trane S-Bahn S1 direction Miltitzer Allee (Plagwitz / Grünau), get off the train at stop Industriegelände West.
Turn to the left hand side to the end of platform, foot path from platform up to the bridge via the Rückmarstdorfer Street to the right to the Merseburger street, there to the left until you reach a Shell gas station, at the gas station turn to the left and follow the little street to our hotel, approx. 10 min footway in total.

Bus: from central station with Bus Nr. 131 (direction Merseburg) till stop at Merseburger-/Schomburgk-straße. (operates every hour only at daytime)

Tram: from central station with Tram No. 7 (direction Böhlitz-Ehrenberg) till stop at Rathaus Leutzsch. From there via the Rückmarsdorfer Street to the Merseburger street, there to the left until you reach a Shell gas station, at the gas station turn to the left and follow the little street to our hotel, approx. 15 min footway in total.
