Stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay..Double room was spacious and beds were very comfy, showers were great too. Good big kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful..views of lake were nice, music in there own bar was bit of craic.

Centrally located in Bariloche town, ON THE COAST OF THE LAKE Nahuel Huapi, Patanuk Lake Guesthouse is a relaxed and friendly accommodation alternative, with both private and communal areas.
The modern version of Patanuk was conceived as an Art Hostel

Patanuk invites its guests to experience art as well as nature.
Our spacious bedrooms range from single to quadruple, all with private bathrooms and lake views. We also provide dormitory accommodation with shared bathrooms.
The house delights with an amazing view of lake Nahuel Huapi, with a large comfortable living room with fireplace, opening on to the garden with access to the beach and BBQ area. The fully equipped kitchen is also available for personal us.
We have a new bar located downstairs serving drinks which faces the lake and has an outside seating area. The bar has music with a dance floor to party the night away or you can relax in the chill out area.

loved it all, had a private double room with ensuite and it was just great.
Stayed here Jan 2010, whilst being friendly cleanliness of rooms is very poor. Our reservation had been lost so we had to move rooms after 1st night, both rooms were not good. Does not match its web discription very well. We were told the management had recently changed as the previous management had been poor. Can only hope this has a positive result on a hostel that is well located but curently offering poor value.

Only thing was internet and wi-fi was not working properly when we stayed..Overall great hostel and would recommend it.
