Jaeger\'s Hostel in Munich provides quality accommodation for backpackers, small and large groups as well as the budget minded business traveler.

Located right in the city (central station) our friendly staff gladly gives you all insider tips to enjoy Munich at its best. For example, try our new Hard Rock Cafe Classics (12-6 pm) exclusively for Jaeger\'s guests or visit some traditional bars and cafes after having a chat to our friendly bar keepers at Jaeger's Bar - just ask us or give us a call for more information!

Enjoy our dorms or singled/double rooms (with Sky Chanels in German and international TV Chanels) - all rooms equipped with private bathrooms, individual lockers (bring padlock) and air condition.

Located in the heart of the city, Jaeger's Munich is the perfect starting point for your adventure. Lots of museums, nightspots, pedestrian zones and the Oktoberfest are only 10 walking minutes away. Please note that the dorms with 14 or more beds are actually 40 BED DORMS! The room is divided into 4 x 10-bed-sections but it can anyways be noisy or untidily. Please let us know if we can help you out with any inconveniences!

Attention: There is an age limit of 35 in all dorms (the age limit doesn't count if you are a group and book the entire dorm).

This only applies to Singles, Doubles and Quads for all dates and during Oktoberfest and New Years Eve to all room types including beds in dorms.

The single and double rooms are equipped with a queen-size or two single beds, private bathrooms, cable TV, air conditioning, WIFI internet.

If you feel more comfortable staying in a female or male dorm, please let us know. We do everything possible to accommodate you according to your wishes.

Located within 50 meters off Munich\'s main train station most sights are within walking distance, e. g.:

Our brand new football stadium \'Allianz Arena\' is just 10 minutes with the \'U-Bahn\' away from the hostel if you want to see a football/soccer match in Munich.

If you want to ruin your experience in Munich, this is the right place.

1) the bad manners staff, especially the short hair women in the reception desk,she is so rude that it will definitely make you have bad mood all the day.

2) what is the most important is that the hostel will try to cheat your money by many ways. they need your receipt to return your deposite, and of course, without reminding you when you check in. they will just say "we can not give you back the money, find your receipt or you lose the money." I think that's how they make money, use the cheap price to let you check in, and cheat your money.

3) the facility of the hotel is just a little better than the consentration camp, the hygiene situation will definitely disgust you.

so, trust me, this hotel is a shame of the German people. if you want to experience the life in the consentration camp, choose it.

I think the walls may be a little thin as we could hear someone snoring in the next room! Also the lift could probably do with an upgrade.

Our main gripe was that when we arrived we were given a double room instead of a twin which we had booked, and we weren't told until we got to our room. When we went back down to complain, saying that we had booked a twin, they said they didn't have one available and stated that hostel booking sites don't differentiate between double and twins, which is obviously not true! We stood our ground and were eventually given the room we had booked, but it wasn't a very pleasant start to the stay.

We had many issues with this place, I had booked for several days and wanted to cancle the last one, and emailed them the 24 hours before (as was stated in their booking alterations policy) and was unable to change the bookings. The place was filthy, the bathroom for our dorm was broken and we had to use a different bathroom kinda far away. They double booked our beds in the dorms. And on our second day there we got a phone call asking us if we were going to check in... obviously the front desk has problems.

Good clean rooms and breakfast area. The common room is too small and no where to really relax.

The Showers are ludicrous, you have to hold a button down to get a small stream of lukewarm water, the second you let go it turns off!!

The 3.8 euro breakky is good value.

It was a great experience to be welcomed very nice personel and to meet up with other international people. THe rooms are cleaned everyday. THE location is so close to central train station and the city- center. I fully advice you stay day during your travel in Munich...
