I booked online to stay at leelu home stay with hostelbookers and emailed them months in advance to confirm my booking and when i arrived they did not have a room for me, the owner simon roy arranged for me to stay at a dump for the same price and when i expressed my frustration he became hostile and rude. I think Leelu home stay is a terrible place to stay, the owners are money grubby jerks! Otherwise, I am having a wonderful trip in inda and all my online bookings are flowing smoothly.

Location Information
From the airport: you can take a pre-paid taxi for around 750 Rs. Alternatively, you can get the airport express shuttle buses outside that is very affordable and get down at Fort cochin , which is the last stop. The journey will take about 1hr and sometimes upto 1:30 hrs depending on traffic.
From the Train station: you can take a pre-paid taxi for around 350 Rs. Alternatively, you can get tuk-tuk's just outside the station and get down at Fort cochin , it will take 30 mins to 1 hr depending on the traffic.
When you get to Fort cochin, ask for the main head post office, we are situated behind it on Quirose street, look for the middle house.
