This is a small friendly hostel in the north of germany in the historic-laden town of Osnabrück. The historic town centre is beautiful and the Teutoburg forest around town is great for hiking (dinosaur tracks, salinas, thermalbaths...) as well as seeing tiny half timbered houses.
We have a selfcatering kitchen, sitting room, bookswap, laundry, rooftop terracce with BBQ... (hot wine in december: german 'Glühwein')
Osnabrück is on your way between Amsterdam and Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne.

I must make a note out of some misunderstandings - the 6 beds you can book in the mixed dorm are NOT the only available beds in that dorm! it is 6 beds in a 9-bed-dorm.
check in is only possible from 8-11 a.m and 5-8 p.m.
our hostel does not offer meals - it is entirely selfcatering.

Check in at our Hostel is possible from 5.00 p.m.- 8.00 p.m. our guests will then receive an own key.
If you arrive later you must give us details on your arrival time or ring before 8 p.m., after that your
reservation will be cancelled. For late or early check-ins we charge an extra 6 Euros.
After 10.30 p.m. the hostel will be closed for not yet checked in visitors.

Directions
train station: look ahead and walk into the Möserstrasse (the right one ahead), then it is 5 minutes walking, the hostel being on your right. (opposite is a photoshop). once you passed the post office go back 100 metres. hostel door just around the corner.
