Conditions

Operating time is round the clock.

Checkout time: departure (Check-Out) - 12:00, settling (Check-In) - 14:00.
Early arrival in the presence of empty seats in addition isn't paid from 09:00 till.

At non-standard arrival and departure additional payment is made:
- The guaranteed early arrival (with 06 ч.00 minute) - payment of half of cost of days of residing; number will be free from previous day;
- Late departure: till 12 o'clock after checkout time - hourly payment, from 12 till 24 o'clock after checkout time - full days (it is possible if number is free from settling by the following client);
- The guaranteed late departure till 12 o'clock after checkout time - payment of half of cost of days of residing, (in day of departure number will be free from new settling).

All foreign citizens must be registered in a stay place under laws of Russia.
The registration tax is 200 roubles per person.

It is recommended to hand over valuable things in the safe to the manager (free of charge).
We don't bear responsibility for money and the valuable things which have been not checked!

If you exit from hotel, leave keys on the reception, please.

From 23:00 till it is necessary to observe a complete silence.

Visiting living visitors is authorized from 09:00 till.

Smoking is authorized only in specially taken away place.

Smoking in numbers is forbidden. Smoke fire gages work.

For property damage the penalty at a rate of really caused damage is raised.

In a condition of strong alcoholic and narcotic intoxication the input is prohibited persons.
For infringement of rules of residing the administration has the right to move infringers immediately and irrevocably payments.
