I stayed for one week, and I cannot be happier. The location is just perfect, the service great, all is very clean, you have a kitchen you can use, and Gisele and the guys are so so so so nice! Check with them is there is any free spectacle you can go...Sao Paulo is plenty of activities you can do for free and they are so helpful. Also, the girls room has a little terrace where you can seat to read a litttle bit... I found the place perfect and excellent good value taking into account location, prize and people attention.
