The New Coco Beach Hotel, owned by an equal partneship of Ghanaian, English and Deutch concerns, is an ingenious expansion of the original popular Coco Beach Resort into a 3 star hotel complex. This is a 3-phased project and with the completion of the first phase in November 2000, the project crossed the Rubicon thus enabling management to formally open the hotel to the public.

Tucked snugly away in Teshie-Nungua, a suburb of the city, the New Coco Beach Hotel ideally overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is currently just about a 15 and 20 minute drive from the airport and the city center respectively.

It is the only hotel which is very close to the beach with a swimming pool, gymnasium massage, conference facilities, air conditioning and provides tea and coffee making facility in the suite upon request. There is also a bar and restaurant with a live band every weekend.
