About Focal Local Bed and Breakfast

Focal Local is an elegant Bed & Breakfast located on Thonburi district in historic downtown Bangkok. Formerly known as the old capital of Thailand, Thonburi district offers the perfect getaway from busy city life without compromising on transport. The ideal location to visit a local touch of Bangkok, with local temples, daily markets and local food stalls. Focal Local is just 5 minutes away from the BTS sky train station and Chao Phraya River by Tuk Tuk (Thai motor tricycle taxi).

With our 7 themed rooms designed to match the diverse tastes of all our guests, we look forward to making your stay enjoyable. Amenities include private bathroom with power shower, air conditioning, cable tv, mini fridge, wireless internet and authentic Thai or Western complimentary breakfast upon guest's preference.

We offer guests extra services including in a traditional Thai massage, use of internet corner and free shuttle Tuk Tuk to BTS sky train or the pier. We can also arrange tour bookings to all destinations in and outside Bangkok.

Terms and Conditions

1.) 10% deposit is required to guarantee your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on your arrival.

2.) All rates are inclusive of VAT.

3.) All changes and cancellations must be notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, amendments after this time will be charged the equivalent of one night stay.

4.) Check-in is after 14:00 hrs with checkout before midday (12:00 hrs)

5.) Reception is open from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. The bell at the reception is provided to contact staff with any emergencies after these hours.

6.) Focal Local is a non-smoking bed and breakfast. Smoking is allowed outside only.
