Berchtesgaden Youth Hostel is suitable for all age groups and weekend stays, and attracts children’s groups, NGO conference groups, families and winter sports enthusiasts.

Accommodation is provided in two separate buildings, each with their own day rooms and a teachers' lounge. One of them has recently undergone complete renovation and meets contemporary standards.

The youth hostel is particularly suitable for families during the Bavarian school holidays, but no matter when a visit is made, guests are sure to have a memorable time. Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter, Berchtesgaden and the region around it have much to offer all year round.

We offer attractive dorms for the youngsters. As far as possible, teachers and group leaders are accommodated in private rooms.
