Spend your holiday in Budapest in the IV. district's (Újpest) green belt in a cheap accomodation with your family or friends (1-4 person). Children and pets welcomel. Our 2 bedroomed apartments provide comfort and there are good travelling conditions to the city, sights and centre of Budapest.

District 4, located on the Pest side of the Danube, is currently undergoing a massive regeneration project, with many new housing units under construction and many exciting facilities aimed at District IV’s residents. The district is situated close to the Danube in a very nice green area and is well connected to the centre which can be reached by metro in 25 minutes ( Újpest Városközpont metro station) or by car (15 minutes). The area includes many facilities such as the Auchan, TESCO hipermarket and the large Duna Plaza shopping centre which also has a multiplex cinema inside.

We offer 2 rooms, 1 with double bed, another with 2 single beds, dining room with electric cattle, fridge, microwave oven, hot plate, mugs, plates, catleries. There are bathroom and separated toilet, the internet and parking in the garden are free.
