Staff is very nice and English speaker.
The rooms are very clean although when we arrived there was a huge amount of hair in the tub.
It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to get to the center.The major problem with this place is the noise. We sometimes woke up in the middle of the night by music or people shouting in the hall. The door didn't block any noise from outside.
