Its a funny one, a very unique 10 minute uphill/downhill walk from Sabang through little local houses. The beach wont impress, but its fine for a dip in the morning but not for relaxing. You pay for what you get, and to be honest its what I expected.
We are the only Eco valley in Puerto Galera with no traffic or night club sounds although Sabang is nearby. Our sari shop sells inexpensive food and drinks and rents snorkel and masks at only P100 per day. Our dormitory has a kitchen with cooking facilities and refrigerator, also 2 bathroom/toilets. There are fans and color cable TV with DVD. Our swimming pool is available free to guests as is our WiFi on your upstairs terrace.
Our friendly, clean and tidy hostel is set in a genuine Filipino fishing village on the beach. You hear the waves on the shore and the breeze in our trees and canopies and live in an Eco valley with no traffic or night club noises.Ex Pats are welcome with daily games such as poker and chess and weekly golf tours. Volleyball and Hash House Harriers are nearby from Sabang. We are the only beach hostel where you can easily snorkel only 50 meters to one of the world's best diving locations known as The Sinandigan Wall.Across our waters, over two and a half kilometers high we face Mt Halcon which is the highest mountain in the Philippines, excluding Mt Pulog out of Baguio and the highest Mt Apo in Mindanao, the latter two not readily accessible for viewing. On occasions, from our balconies or down on our beach, the clouds part and our guests can see the splendor and majesty of this beautiful mountain. What a life time thrill if the mountain chooses to reveal itself to you!

Theres no food served there, a lot of places in Sabang when you order a coffee/noodles/soup the waitress puts on a kettle runs to the local shop and gets a packet of 3in1 coffee/pot noodle/cupa soup for 10peso`s then charges you 70-150 pesos so I would recommend paying the extra 100-200 pesos for a meal in a decent restaurant in the town food is quiet expensive there 300-400 for a decent meal or 200-300 for crap. The alternative is to go to the little local shops and use the kettle in Tuna Joes.

the only negative comment i have is the pool. i wasnt able to use it because of the algae. you can see the floor of the pool anymore because of the algae or lumot. but is still attempted to deep but the floor is to slipery due to the algae.
