More like a B&B rather than an hostel: rooms are set into several apartments on the first floor of a classical antique building in Berlin.
A quiet and discrete place: every apartment has two rooms (double or single) and a bathroom to share in duplex.
A sharing atmosphere: in the central part of the house there is also a newly re-furbished kitchen you are free to use to cook yourself breakfast or meal.
Comfortable and warm feeling in a stylish environment: original jugendstil/art nouveau decorations mixed with sixties design.
Experience the original Berliner lifestyle in the heart of Prenzlauerberg, one of the coolest area of Berlin.

§2 - PAYMENT
Room's rent rate has to be payed in advance during the check-in. I accept only cash payment.
Refund is possible only in case you advice me two days before by sending an e-mail to: vannishaus@yahoo.com
§3 - A KEY DEPOSIT
In addition to the room's rate there is a deposit for the key of 20 Euro; It will be returned in exchange of the keys the day of your departure, during the check-out.
§4 - Sharing the house spaces
Toilet and kitchen are common space and you can feel free to use them.
Maintain them clean and please be respectful with the other inhabitants of the house.
