Welcome to the comfort stay apartments, centrally located in a very chic area of Rome. Close to the Spanish steps, in fact just a 4 minute walk and a 2 min walk from the piazza del Popolo. Just imagine you can wake up to take a stroll to the famous villa Borgese and enjoy one of Rome’s loveliest parks.

Definitely a prime location as you can visit most of the important sites in Rome on foot.

The comfort offer all modern conveniences to fully enjoy a comfortable stay in Rome.

We are pleased to offer a fully furnished bedroom with possibility of en suite bathroom. The main bedroom can be with twin beds or a matrimonial bed. There is a kitchen with all facilities and a bathroom.

The apartment is very quiet as there is no traffic in the street.

We offer free Wi-Fi service, so bring your own laptop. There is a radio and television with digital connection. There are programmes in English.

When you arrive, we give you a free map of Rome and we explain how you can find all the tourist attractions. We also give you a lot of practical advice about Rome.

The bedroom is equipped with a matrimonial bed and with an extra single bed. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom. The cosy living room has a table to enjoy your food, a television and a radio. There also is a DVD player and a small collection of movies, as well as a collection of books in various languages.

When you stay in the apartment, you will feel as if you live in Rome.

Important points for all clients: Terms and conditions.

All clients must organise before arriving a time to meet the check in person.

This means you are required to communicate your arrival time at the airport including your flight number so we can tell if you have been delayed.

You are also required to communicate your chosen mode of transport from the airport to the apt, we can then estimate your arrival and ensure someone is at the apt at the correct time to check you in. Without this information in advance of arrival your reservation will be cancelled.
