Dar Sienna is perfectly situated to visit the medina. It's really in the middle of it. From the roofterraces you have a marvellous view over the city and the surrounding hills.
Our room was at the same level as the kitchen and the little livingroom (was used to take breakfast by bad weather) and that caused a little bit noice. We also had a very little toilet and bathroom at the first level of the house.
The staff - specialy Achmed - was very friendly and helpfull. Ahmed realy made our stay comfortabel by arranging everything we asked and by giving us a relaxing feeling in the extremely hectic and confusing medina.
Breakfast was every day delicious!!
This is really a very good adress to explore a few days this fantastic city.

I am so pleased we stayed at Dar Sienna - Ahmed, Said & Saba (apologies if spelt wrong) couldn't do enough for us. We received so much more than we expected or ever recieved anywhere else we have ever stayed.
The acommodation is beautiful with everything you need. We stayed in two different rooms over 4 nights and both are clean, comfortable beds with clean towels. A lot of our time was spent sitting on the roof terrace sipping mint tea and chatting with Ahmed, the manager. We met many other travellors during our stay and they all loved Dar Sienna.
the location is perect - the roof terrace is high and you can see all across the Medina to the mountains, tombs, ruins the palace in the distance.
Nothing can beat sitting up on the terrace in the very early morning watching the sun rise and hearing the morning call to prayer - very spiratual place and the medina has a beautfil hue.
