A nice play to stay for a relative cheap price. Godwin is a very nice guy with a huge experience and a lot of things to say ; he travelled a lot too, which makes interesting conversations indeed. The service is extra : he will pick you up at the airport and often shares his time to show you some places, indicates you the best way to go wherever you wanna go and so on. Only minus point : the location, which is a bit far from the centre, but the neighbourhood is not unpleasant at all.

I stayed in this hotel a year ago. It was average. The owner or the one running the hotel, Godwin Lartey (or Godwin Nortey, whatever name he uses) was very friendly but the overall service was average. You get what you get for £10.00.

But my worst experience is that this man, took my money of £150 and refused to hand it back. I have pursued him for it since and he has failed to return it . Therefore I am warning other travellers who stay in this hotel to be vigilant and know that you are dealing with a dishonest man. If he returns the money I shall review this message. Otherwise it stays as is.

He claims he has lived in the far east and he claims he knows a lot about life but in actual fact I think he is a scammer according to some Ghanian friends I made friends with while down there.

His hotel is used like a brothel, as it is located next to an Army barracks and all the army men book rooms at this hotel to have a 'f.....' with women.

So beware and bewarned. I do not trust this man nor the service he provides.
