Las Viñas de Miraflores Apartaments' building is located in the city center, in a quiet residential area just 300 meters from the sea and its environment, where you can find all kinds of shops, cafes, restaurants, bus stop, etc..

Las Viñas de Miraflores Apartaments has ten separate one-bedroom apartments and three studios for one or two people. (Four of the apartments have private terrace and four have their own balcony).

All rooms are equipped with private bathroom Individual air conditioning and central hot water and solar generated. The basement of the building has five parking spaces and storage rooms.

Both the apartments and studios have open kitchen with two cookers, refrigerator, fully equipped with kitchenware, linens, cutlery, crockery, microwave oven and air conditioning / heating and television.

The furniture is wooden and all rooms have digital terrestrial TV and satellite, as well as curtains, bedding, etc.. Also the roof of the building has a terrace-solarium, floor and equipped with chairs, tables and umbrellas where you can sunbathe, read, study, etc.

We rent a car, motorcycle and bicycle and tickets for some tourist attractions.

We also have a transfers service from the airport with a private driver pro € 22 and will prepare the romantic room with a bottle of welcome, flowers and balloons € 20. We don't accept pets.
