We are located in a peaceful and lovely alley which is very close to downtown area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Blue river hotel is an alternative to a guest house or bed and breakfast. Our hotel is a family owned and operated as a mini hotel. Blue river hotel has 14 rooms consisting of single, double and triple rooms.

All rooms have air conditioning, cable TV, free wi-fi, mini fridge and hot water in bathroom.

Our room rate includes a public computer and breakfast each day.

By bus from the airport:

The recently introduced No. 152 air-conditioned airport bus is the cheapest way to the city from the airport. For 3,000 dong/person plus a fee for bags which varies randomly, it will drop you off on the west side of the Pham Ngu Lao area, or at the bus terminal on the south side of the Ben Thanh Market roundabout. Upon exiting the airport, turn right and you will see the bus waiting there. If not, walk down to the domestic terminal - about a 5 minute walk. In front of the domestic terminal across a small road, you will see the bus waiting there. There is no signage indicating where the bus stop is. If you ask any of the taxi wardens (in uniforms) they will point out the spot to stand and wait. Note: Ignore taxi drivers that may tell you there are no more airport buses. However, the bus is only available until 6pm.

By taxi from the airport:

In lighter traffic periods (which usually only happens between 12 midnight and 6 am), taxis from the airport to the city centre will usually take as little as 30 to 45 minutes. During these lighter traffic periods, this should cost no more than 120,000 dong.

By train:

The train station GA Sai Gon is on Cach Mang Thang Tam Northwest of the city centre, and is a short taxi or public bus ride away from the main hotel districts.
